A top European bank is looking for a Director of Latin American products.  
The position is for a multi asset structurer who can join and help develop a highly accomplished Latam structuring team.

Role:
-This structuring role requires pricing/idea generation and marketing skills across fixed income- credit, rates and FX derivatives,
-Role will involve pricing and dealing with clients on a face to face basis-institutional and corporate in Latam and North America,
-The team specifically focus on hybrid products,
-Liaising with traders and offering accurate pricing and product expertise.

Types of candidates my client would ideally consider are:
-You will need to be a multi asset structurer ideally with experience of FX, interest rates and credit,
-It is essential that you have experience as a Director in the Latin American markets,
-Important to have good technical skills and a good concept of interest rate derivatives,
-My client prefers candidates with an aptitude to learn techniques and skills quickly,
-Candidates who are able to work in a client facing environment are desirable,
-My client's first preference would be to hire a top calibre structurer. However he would also consider very good technical Latam sales professionals,
-Highly desirable to speak either Spanish or Portuguese but not essential,
-This is a unique and highly paid vacancy in one of the best Latam platforms in the US,
-You must have a U.S. work visa for this position.
