A leading British Bank seeks a Senior Project Manager to manage the successful development & maintenance of the Model Inventory Library & the Integrated Issues Log and to lead and deliver project management of the model integration effort.
The Role:
-Manage and execute tracking and reporting,
-Manage RM&A 'Book of Work' oversight and coordination with RMRT,
-Support delivery of the strategy covering systems and infrastructure,
-Successfully manage the relationship with IT providers both internal and external and co-ordinate activities on behalf of RM&A,
-Successfully manage stakeholder engagement throughout the change cycle e.g. RIC,
-Participate in operations/systems team meetings and provide full contribution to systems strategic decisions,
-Manage project office assistants where required including organising and reviewing work, setting objectives/timelines, monitoring performance against objectives, providing feedback, holding 1-1s, and conducting semi-annual appraisals.
Ideal Candidate:
-A primary degree qualification with detailed knowledge of project management processes and a good knowledge of risk processes is preferable,
-Strong Microsoft Excel skills,
-A minimum of 1 year and ideally 2 years of Finance/Banking experience which includes experience deploying credit risk models,
-Good systems analysis experience and thorough understanding of the ‘Project Lifecycle',
-Able to work well in a team under pressure, meeting tight deadlines,
-Prince (2) or equivalent accreditation.
