My client a top tier US investment bank is looking to hire an associate/ vice president level credit derivatives structurer to join its credit business in New York.

This is a great opportunity to join a strong platform in the market. The position involves structuring, pricing and marketing credit derivatives to US corporate clients.
Marketing bespoke restructuring strategies and providing liquidity, with the trading team.
Structuring and selling credit linked distressed bonds/ primary issuances of CLNs/ single tranche CLOs.
My client specialises in corporate synthetic CDO's so experience is essential.
Portfolio optimisation, hedging and restructuring using credit derivatives technology to optimise credit and loan portfolios.
Role will involve meeting US investors and advising and marketing products as well as meeting clients with the sales force.

In order to be considered for this role you must have the following skills:
-My client is looking to hire a associate or vice president credit derivatives structuring,
-Essential to have good pricing/ restructuring skills and a good understanding of the US credit markets,
-Essential to have a good knowledge of corporate synthetic CDO's,
-Desirable to have experience across CLNs/ single tranche CLO/ and ABS,
-My client is open as to the background of this candidate and would consider good structurers in banks. My client would also look at candidates out of the market but with a strong record in credit trading/ structuring.
